What information do you need for a quote?
Dimensions, wall type, grade and quantity if you are buying, or dimensions, condition and approximate counts if you are selling. If you do not know the spec, describe the job and the load weight and we will spec it for you.
How long does a quote take?
Most quotes and surplus valuations come back within 48 hours by email. Complex freight, custom sizing or spec-critical reconditioning can take a little longer, and we will tell you if that is the case.
Is the quote the final price?
Quotes are landed prices with freight to your dock included, so there is no separate shipping charge added later. The price holds for the stated quantity, grade and delivery window.
Am I committing to anything by asking?
No. A quote is information, not an order. For larger lots we will send photos of the exact stock, or a sample bundle, before you decide anything.
Why do you reply by email instead of calling?
We are email-only by design. Specs, photos and counts are easier to get right in writing, and it gives both sides a record of exactly what was quoted and agreed.
